Gift cards that work across Lightspeed X-Series and BigCommerce

Question: We currently use BigCommerce and Lightspeed Retail POS (Lightspeed X-Series). Is there a way our gift cards can be bought on BigCommerce and used in Lightspeed and vice versa?

• When a customer buys a gift card in-store via Lightspeed, the balance is also created in BigCommerce under the same code.
• To accept payment, select the gift card payment type and scan/type the code. The balance updates across both platforms.

When a customer buys online, Wrapped generates the code in both BigCommerce and Lightspeed. Two selling options:

• Via the BigCommerce product page with normal checkout
• Via the Wrapped storefront embedded on BigCommerce with Stripe payment
