- You'll get 14 days to try Wrapped risk-free. We collect billing details upfront so the trial converts seamlessly into the plan you choose; you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the 14 days to avoid being billed.

- When will I be charged?
- If you are on a monthly plan, you'll be charged 1 month in advance. If you are on an annual plan, you'll be charged 1 year in advance. Pricing is in USD.
- Can I pass fees on to customers?
- Yes, you can optionally pass processing fees on to gift card purchasers.
- What is a 'site'?
- A site represents a single business location or brand. Additional sites beyond your plan's limit cost $20/month each.
- Can I import existing gift cards?
- Yes, you can import your existing gift cards from Shopify or other platforms. Our migration tools make it easy to bring your entire gift card program onto Wrapped.
- What is premium onboarding?
- Premium onboarding ($300 one-time) includes migration management, full setup assistance, and dedicated support during your launch.
- Do you support physical gift cards?
- Yes, you can order branded physical gift cards through Wrapped to sell in-store alongside your digital cards.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
- Do I need technical knowledge to set up?
- No. Wrapped is designed to be easy to set up with step-by-step guides. Our support team is also available to help.
- What happens if I exceed my activation limit?
- You will be charged the per-activation overage rate for your plan. You can upgrade at any time to get a higher allocation and lower overage rate.
- What happens to my gift cards if I cancel?
- Gift cards remain redeemable obligations to your customers. After cancellation you can export the full gift card ledger (codes, balances, transaction history) for a 30-day window. You retain responsibility for honouring outstanding balances under applicable consumer protection law; consult our terms of service or your local rules.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual prepayments aren’t refunded on downgrade but the new plan starts when the prepaid period ends.
- Do unused activations roll over to the next month?
- No — activation allowances reset each billing cycle. Unused activations don’t carry over to the next month or year. If you regularly approach the limit, the overage rate or the next-tier plan is usually cheaper than buying additional pre-paid activations.
- Is there a sandbox or test environment?
- Yes. The free trial gives you a fully functional account where you can connect a test POS or eCommerce store, issue test cards, and validate the workflow before going live. API access on Pro and above includes a separate test-mode token for integration development.
